FIU vs. UCF Gametime set for 12 noon

FIU's September 7 vs UCF has been selected for a 12 noon kickoff on CBS Sports Network.

The announcement was made on Tuesday when Conference USA released their initial television schedule.

UCF is one of several former C-USA members heading to the American Athletic Conference this upcoming season. FIU, as well as nearby FAU, were among the schools moving to C-USA.

The first Saturday in September will be a busy one in South Florida as University of Miami hosts Florida on the same day.

This will be the third meeting of a four-game series between UCF and FIU with the home team winning the first two contests. In 2011, the Panthers edged UCF 17-10 in front a then-record FIU stadium crowd of 20,205. Last season, the Knights evened the score with a 33-20 victory inside Bright House Networks Stadium.
